Fixes a typo — bypasses normal verification since this is an admin correction. A fresh verification email is sent to the corrected address.

SMS Beta Access

Enable or disable SMS notifications for a specific account. Requires SMS_ENABLED and Twilio to also be configured — this only controls which accounts are allowed in during the beta.
